1. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the selected products and your location. You can easily calculate them by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping details. The final costs will be clearly displayed before confirming your order.

2. Shipments to Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)

  • Mainland: Delivery usually within 24/48 hours after shipment (not guaranteed), carried out via private courier or Correos. If you’re not available, a delivery attempt will be made, and you’ll receive a note with instructions to coordinate delivery or pick up your order at the nearest office.
  • Balearic Islands: Delivery typically within 3-7 business days, usually via Correos or private courier.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Delivery within 3-7 business days. Mainland taxes (VAT) do not apply, but the recipient is responsible for local taxes (IGIC, IPSI) and customs fees upon receipt of the package.

3. International Shipments

We ship worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 30 days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as customs procedures. The recipient is responsible for import taxes and customs fees, whether the package is accepted or not.

4. Customs Return Process

If the recipient does not cover customs fees and the order is returned, they will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will calculate the difference between the value of the items and the return shipping costs:

  • If the amount is positive, the difference will be refunded.
  • If negative, the recipient must cover the additional costs.

5. Important Information

  • Delivery Address: We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a complete and accurate address.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and code to monitor your order.
  • Summer Season (July 1 to August 31): Delivery times may be extended by 10 to 15 additional days. For an estimated delivery date, contact us via our contact form.
