How to request an exchange?

  2. Price adjustment:
    1. If the new product has a higher cost, you must pay the difference.
    2. If the cost is lower, we will refund the difference.
  3. Product shipment: Return the original item to the address we provide, using Correos or another transport company with a tracking number. The return and new product shipping costs are at your expense.

Conditions for the exchange

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and clean.
  • Include all original packaging and labels.
  • Ensure the package is well-protected to avoid damage during transport.
  • If the product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process the exchange.

2. Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 calendar days from its receipt.

Defective or incorrect products

f you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately through the contact form, indicating the issue.

  • Process: Return the product within 14 calendar days from its receipt.
  • Solution: We will examine the item and, if applicable, replace it with a new one at no additional cost or refund the full amount. All our products are carefully checked before shipping to ensure their quality.
