1. What payment methods do we accept?

Choose the option that best suits you. Some may not be available depending on your location:

a) Credit or Debit Card

  • Secure payment through the Servired gateway and Banco Sabadell’s POS.
  • Spain and the rest of the world.
  • No additional cost.

b) PayPal

  • Payments with a PayPal account or directly with a credit/debit card without needing an account.
  • Leading platform in security, offering protection for both buyer and seller.
  • Spain and the rest of the world.
  • No additional cost.

c) Bank Transfer

  • Contact us through the contact form to receive bank details.
  • Spain and the rest of the world.
  • No additional cost.

2. Do prices include VAT?

Prices are adjusted based on your location:

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: Include VAT (21% or 10%, depending on the product).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: No VAT, but local taxes (IGIC, IPSI) and customs fees may apply upon receipt of the package.
  • Rest of Europe: Include VAT (21%) for individuals. Companies with an intra-community VAT number are exempt.
  • Rest of the world: No VAT, but local taxes and customs fees may apply.

To see the final price, add products to your cart and select your destination country. The system will automatically calculate the total, excluding VAT if applicable.

3. How are local taxes and customs fees paid?

If you reside in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside Europe, you may need to cover local taxes (such as IGIC or IPSI) and customs fees upon receiving your order. These are paid directly to the courier or at the customs office.
